Shipping & Returns


All orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday.


Order before 5:00 pm Monday or 5:00 pm Thursday (respectively) to be included in the next shipment cycle.

For local orders (Pontiac and surrounding areas) you can  Call/Text 248-494-0503  to arrange a free pickup. During checkout, select FREE Pickup.


We ship every order via USPS Priority rate (1 to 3 business days from shipping day) or via USPS Standard rate (5 business days from shipping day). We ship only Domestic.  

Please note that USPS Priority rate packages are insured up to $100.  

Lost Packages:

If you never receive your products, please notify us within 10 days from the day you placed your order. All packages are sent with a Tracking Number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier. We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered or the address was entered incorrectly during checkout.  

Damaged/Faulty Products:

If your product arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 7 days upon receiving it, so we can quickly get your replacement sent to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you will love your WESHEA products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied,  you can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for an in-store credit or exchange.

Steps To Returning for Credit or Exchange:

1. Email us at, subject line Credit plus Order #, or Refund plus Order # and a brief description of why you wish to return for credit or exchange.  

2. Once we receive the product we will issue you an in-store credit or refund for the amount of the item being returned.

The following safety guidelines should be observed before using WESHEA products:

* Our products contain oils and butters from natural nuts, seeds and fruits. If you have any allergies please read the product label carefully. We recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction.

* WESHEA products are made with natural & organic ingredients. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately. If you are uncertain about possible sensitivity, always do a patch test before use or consult your healthcare professional.
